How do I book a session?
To book a session, simply fill out the contact form on my website. I’ll get back to you within a few days to talk through details, answer any questions, and start planning your session. Once we choose a date, a signed contract and retainer officially reserve your spot on my calendar. I can’t wait to hear from you!
How far in advance should we book?
I recommend booking as soon as you have a date in mind, as my calendar can fill up several months in advance, especially for weddings and fall family sessions. That said, if you’re planning something last minute, please still reach out — I always try my best to fit sessions in when I can.
What should we wear to our session?
Wardrobe plays a big role in the overall feel of your photos. I recommend neutral, soft, and earthy tones, as well as pieces with texture like linen, knits, or flowy fabrics that move beautifully in photos. Try to avoid large logos or busy patterns, and instead coordinate colors with each other rather than matching exactly. When you book, I’m always happy to help style your session so everything feels cohesive and true to you.
DO you allow pets?
Yes, of course! Pets are always welcome to join your session. They’re part of the family too. I do recommend bringing an extra person who can help hold them when they’re not in photos, and bringing treats or a favorite toy to help keep their attention.
Do you travel?
Yes, I love to travel for all sessions including weddings and elopements. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, and I always do my best to keep travel as reasonable as possible. If you're planning a wedding somewhere special, reach out and we can talk through the details — I’m always up for an adventure.
